Coronavirus Fails to Slow Progress of Harvest Hall, Hotel Vin in Grapevine

Construction on the new hotel and food hall on Grapevine Main Street is on track for a summer 2020 opening, officials said.

"We're still on target," said Tom Santora, the managing director of the Grapevine Main development, which includes the Harvest Hall food hall and Hotel Vin boutique hotel. He is also the chief commercial officer of Coury Hospitality, which is overseeing the development.

"Construction is rolling. There hasn't been a drop-off," he said.

Grapevine’s Upcoming Food Hall Reels in Arepa TX and More Vendors

Arepas, pho, fried chicken and biscuits, and lasagna all made the cut for Harvest Hall, a new food hall set to land in Grapevine. Coury Hospitality, the operators of Harvest Hall, just announced the first four vendors that will set up shop amidst the space, and they are all locally owned businesses.

Harvest Hall is slated to open Summer 2020 at 815 S Main Street as part of Grapevine Main, a $114 million mixed-use development. The space will feature seven kitchens, two bars, and a live entertainment venue, and it's going to have an Old World feel to it.
